Return Policy

In a rare cases where you’re not satisfied with your device, we have a no-questions asked Return Policy in place for you.

  1. Every refurbished device you buy comes with a 30-day return policy, applicable from the date of delivery.
  2. To return your device, you must raise a request by

Things needed to process the return

  1. Device Images: You’ll need to share front, side & back images of the device before packing it for pickup. We may also require a video recording of the device.
  2. Damage Reporting Timeframe: If you’re returning a device due to damage/physical condition issues, you must report the issue within 24 to 36  hours of delivery along with unboxing video of purchased device.
  3. Return Reason Verification: In case the return is raised due to an issue with the device, the reason should match the issue, else, the return request shall stand cancelled.
  4. Seal Integrity Requirement: The warranty sticker on the device must be intact. We might fail to provide resolution in case any tampering is noticed at the time of receiving the returned device.
  5. Return Packaging Requirement: Proper packaging is required to avoid physical damage during return transit. e-furbished.in reserves the right to deduct/recover money for improper packaging. Please retain the original box, bubble wrap, and air pack.
  6. Agreement Completeness: This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Company and the Customer only.
  7. Force Majeure Clause: e-furbished.in shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural calamities, strikes, Governmental actions, etc.

For refurbished device – Refund shall be applicable on invoice value of the customer Gadget as per following scale. In case if the company is not able to provide the device after Repair or Replacement due to any unforeseeable reasons, following depreciated amount may be refunded to the customer.

Resolution Timelines:

1. Pickup within 02-03 (Two-Three) working days of complaint subject to warranty Policy*. Contact customer service in case of delays.
2. Complete process (complaint initiation to dispatch) within 15 (Fifteen) working days from complaint.
